
8th Grade Family and Consumer Science students had a MyPlate snack competition. They had to create a healthy snack from what they learned about the food groups.





In Guidance, students explored careers in food service, maintenance, nursing, law enforcement, military, social work/counseling, education, & technology. Thanks to Mr. Mahaffey, Mr. Reilly, Miss Megan, Mrs. Barger, Nurse Donna, Mr. McDonald, Mr. Fox, and Officer Mike and Jet!








On Valentines Day, the Child Development Class planned activities for preschoolers students connected to physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development.










Earlier in February, Mrs Miller teaches her Energy unit to Mrs Hildebrand’s class. They were able to experiment with circuit’s!




Jet wanted to pop in and say thank you for the many gifts from his Puppy Shower! He has been very busy getting to know all the humans at Adams Central, learning commands from Officer Mendoza, and of course balancing it out with all the attention he gets! It's a ruff life.

In January, Mrs. Herring's kindergarten class celebrated the 100th day of school by dressing up as 100 or wearing 100.




Adams Central Swing Choir presents: "Way Out West in a Dress" March 9-11 at 7pm.
Purchase reserved tickets in person on 2/28, 3/6, 3/7, or 3/8 from 6:30 to 9 in the AC Cafetorium. General Admission tickets available March 9-11 at 6pm. Tickets are $8 ages 5 and up.


Come support the Sunshine society as they host a boundball tournament to raise money for Feed My Starving Children. The tournament will be Thursday, Feb. 23 at 6pm in the Hangar. Cost of entrance is $2. And...they will be selling Crumbl cookies!


It's National FFA Week! The pork supper is Thursday, February 23 from 4-7pm and petting zoo from 4-8pm.


Reminder: We will be in session on Monday, February 20, 2023. This will be an 8 period day for the middle/high school.


Congratulations to our Piano and Solo ISSMA contestants. Makaelyn Shoaf (piano) received a Gold .. Ethan Gentis (piano) and Anna Leyse (vocal) both placed Gold in Group 1 and are headed to ISSMA State on Saturday (Feb 18). Good luck!
