Congratulations to the Robotics Team. They placed 2nd place in the qualification matches. Then won the finals tournament which means they are going to the state competition in Lucas Oil! The team also won the design award again for their robot design and organization of their design notebook.
Last week, students in Mrs. Thieme’s 7th grade English class were hard at work synthesizing ideas for their informative essay about the Dust Bowl.
Last Monday was the 100th day of school! Students all over the ELEM were dressing old, writing about being old, checking out "old" technology, collecting 100 things, and building with 100 items!
AC Robotics team won their tournament today. They are heading to State at Lucas Oil on March 7th. Middle school students on this team are Ethan Crockett, Baylee Smith, Sam Johnson, and Vince Laukhuf. Great job, Jets!!

Mr. Jade Painter of Weigand Construction for shared his career journey with the Skilled Trade Group. He shared the experience as a carpenter including apprenticeship, course work, and many important life lessons about trust, respect, hard work, and making a name for yourself.
