Next week, Adams Central is celebrating National FFA Week!

Looking directly at the sun can cause severe long-term consequences. The week prior to the solar eclipse, every Adams County student will receive a pair of eclipse-safe glasses. They are provided by a generous donation from the Adams County Community Foundation. Adults planning to watch the eclipse must also use American Astronomical Society approved glasses. Visit https://eclipse.aas.org/eye-safety/viewers-filters to view the AAS approved vendor list to ensure you obtain glasses with the necessary eye protection. Both the Adams Public Library and the Berne Library will also have some free glasses available for distribution. Thanks again to the ACCF for contributing to student safety!
