Adams Central takes decisions about delays and cancellations seriously. We keep student safety as our focus while also considering the variety of impacts that a change in the daily schedule may cause. We appreciate, and have looked through, all the feedback about the option to utilize a 3-hour delay. Effective February 2, 2023, Adams Central has decided to add a 3-hour delay option, along with the 2-hour delay and closing, when evaluating travel conditions for inclement weather. If we should need to utilize a 3 hour delay, school will begin at 11am and end at the normal time.
Just a reminder that we will not be in session on Wednesday, February 1 for teacher professional development. This is NOT a virtual learning day.

In guidance lessons this week kindergarten thru 2nd grade worked on personal space camp. They learned about personal space and how to use their manners when someone is in their space.
Recently during lunch, our 4th graders serenaded one of our awesome cafeteria workers for her birthday!
Grades 3-5 worked on solving puzzles to find the secret code of friendship in this weeks lessons. The students had to utilize teamwork skills to figure out that "Friendship is more precious than gold"!
